A : You can check the full resolution, small images of parts of the photo

Q : Can I order a photo as a JPEG and print it myself rather than order a print ?

A : No, all photos JPEG and POSTERS are copyright and may not be re-sold

ORDERS : PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING

Q : How secure are the payments by credit card ?
A : All credit card and debit card payments are processed by the secure PayPal website. No credit card information is processed nor stored by viaterra.net

Q : Can I order articles as a present for someone else ?
A : Yes, just add the recipient's address as "shipping" and yours as "billing"

Q : My order is not arriving, what can I do ?
A : Please contact the store, and I'll find out and let you as quickly as possible

Q : Why am I not receiving any confirmation emails ?
A : Please verify your spam or junkmail folder and ensure your anti-spam filter allows reception of emails from viaterra.net

Q : Is it possible to cancel an order ?
A : If you selected to pay by Bank Transfer or Cheque, and you haven't sent the payment, then it can be easily cancelled. If your payment was already received, you order can only be cancelled and refunded if it hasn't yet been processed. If you order is processed or shipped, then it cannot be stopped. In this case, please refer to the Terms and Conditions : returns section for further information.

Q : My order is urgent, do you offer different shipping methods ?
A : Only one shipping method is possible at the moment. If your order is urgent, please contact viaterra.net so that your order can be prioritized.

Q : Why is my country not in the pull-down menu ?
A : Please contact me and I'll add it in the list, providing my printing company can ship there.
