Der Montseny (bedeutet 'Mount Signal', weil es aus dem Meer sichtbar ist) ist eine Berge Kataloniens. Die Vegetation ist durch aufeinanderfolgende Ebene aufgeteilt. In den unteren Teilen ist eine mediterrane Flora von Pinienwäldern. Das bergige Gebiet ist mehr feucht und bewaldet (im Herbst sind die Farben des Waldes wirklich schön). Die oberen Teile (um 1500 m) haben eine subalpine Klima.
