  I worked for just over one year in Stuttgart (1996 - 1997).
I also went several times to Berlin while I was studying in England.
Stuttgart is surrounded by hills, which offer excellent views down onto the city (see panorama).
I had many opportunities to travel in the south of Germany, including by bicycle.
